Policies

PRICES may vary from season to season. Please verify that you have a current price list when calling or faxing in your order.

PAYMENT OPTIONS include Master Card, Visa, American Express, COD and Net 30. First time orders may require a 30% deposit.

CREDIT must be established prior to shipment of your order if Net 30 is requested. Credit applications should be completed in full and signed. Please allow two weeks to open a new account. Orders will not be processed until credit is approved. A customer information form must be completed for all new customers even if terms are not requested.

LATE PAYMENTS on Net 30 accounts will be charged at 5% monthly. If an account is 90 days past due it will be turned over to collections, and all collection fees, late fees and service fees will be applied to the balance due.

APPROVALS are required on all orders. The Approval Form must be signed and returned to us before your order will be entered into the system. Please make sure all nameĀ  drops are spelled correctly and that your address and phone information are correct. We cannot be responsible for misspellings if you sign the approval without noting any corrections.

ORDERS are prioritized on a first-come, first-serve basis, according to the day we receive your signed approval and all requested paperwork, such as credit application, deposits, etc. Even if you have pre-booked months in advance, your requested ship dates may be the same as hundreds of other customers. Sitting on an approval even one day could cost you a week or more in delayed shipping.

NAME DROPS are free, and there is no set-up fee for our line designs. If your require a certain type style for your name drop, there may be a charge.

SUBSTITUTIONS may be required in order to process your order on time. If we have to substitute, it is usually within the colors or available sizes that you have already selected. In the case of color, we select the best selling alternative for the design being printed. If you request no substitutions, there may be a $25.00 service fee.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS must be in writing and will be honored on all orders that have not been prepared for shipping. If art or digitizing has been done in order to process your goods, we reserve the right to charge you the full amount for that service and not the discounted amount that we charge for a confirmed order that is actually shipped.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING is charged on all orders. Shipments are sent by UPS or other domestic service and are FOB Raleigh unless other arrangements are made.

CLAIMS OR DISCREPANCIES must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside of the box. We do not issue call tags; instead you will be credited for your return shipping charges once you send us your receipt.

CUSTOM ORDERS take time and sometimes require approvals along the way.

A DEPOSIT MAY be required for custom designs. In order to keep the process going, we require you to send in your approvals or corrections quickly, otherwise we cannot be responsible for not meeting deadlines. If you cancel your order once you have signed your initial order approval, you will be charged for artwork that has been done to date.

PIGMENT DYED GOODS are washed and dried as a process to make them look worn. We cannot guarantee that they will be exact color matches. Irregularities are the nature of this garment and add to its authenticity.

COPYRIGHTS have been applied to all designs. Anyone duplicating any or all of a specific design or design concept without the express permission of an officer of Blue Bay will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Likewise, we have been given permission to use copyright or trademarks from other organizations. Please be advised that these designs are also protected by United States copyright law.
